After first approval, there can be multiple approvers

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow that can allow users to select multiple approvers one after another using a drop down list. This will occur after 1st approval is received using the flow I  have created. The form is created using Microsoft Forms. After final approver it can be re-assigned to same line manager again for any further comments.

How to mark the final approved/deny status after all the approvals are received

How can I achieve this

    Hi @shrry8 ,

    You have 2 options:

    1. Put the condition control and all the actions inside each case, in the condition control use outcome of approval action in each case.

    2. initialize a string variable, inside each case Set variable using outcome of respective approval, use the variable in the condition control.

    Best regards,

Condition control is already placed but after outcome of approval i need to be able to re-assign the process to specific user for approval and this can be an ongoing process until the request is approved from all stake holders

    2. initialize a string variable, inside each case Set variable using outcome of respective approval, use the variable in the condition control.

Is it possible to get the approval status + comments using the suggested method and in report format for further use

    Hi @shrry8 ,

I was thinking there would be only one case and one more approval after the first approval approved because you are using Switch Control. Using option 2, you can initialize multiple variables to store different outcomes as well as comments for each approval step. At last, use the ultimate outcome variable and comment variable in the report.

    Best regards,
