insert an image in email body

Hi community,
 
I build a flow that send power BI report by mail.
 
I'm using "export to file for power bi reports" to get the report as a PNG
 
How can I insert the output of it as an image in my email body?
 
So far I have:
 
 
The result I have in my mail box is

    just remove base64( ) in the compose.
     
    base64 is applied twice in the flow
