Good morning MS Flow community!
I am having a heck of a time figuring this one out.
What I am trying to accomplish is have a survey sent out and based on a unique ID that was given to recipients, have a condition in my flow if the UID the user entered in the survey matches the SharePoint Vendor List(List A), delete the item. If it does not match, create only 1 item in another SharePoint list (List B) to identify which user may have potentially entered the wrong UID, and then, through manual work, match the record from List B to List A and manually remove the entry based on additional criteria.
I am having trouble with the Flow deleting items from List A or creating them into List B. It seems to the best of my knowledge I have the flow setup correctly, but I am not yielding any results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below I have attached screenshots.

Looking at the logic of the flow it seems like it should work fine. I am not certain what is going on and why it wont work for you. This might be a better question to bring to the Microsoft Support team. I will include a link to open a case with them
