If you want to integrate the Barcode Reader Hand held device into a Model-Driven app/Canvas app, I afraid that that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
Currently, integrating with Barcode Reader handware device is not supported in PowerApps Model-Driven app and Canvas app, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please consider submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

As an alternative solution, I think you could consider take a try with the Barcode Scanner control in PowerApps canvas app to achieve your barcode scanner functionality. After that, you could run this published canvas app in PowerApps Mobile App, then you could use Barcode control to scan barcode value through your Mobile device against the native scanner.
