PowerAutomateDesktopの多重実行で同じExcelを同時編集するベストプラクティス

PowerAutomateDesktopをそれぞれの実行端末で多重実行を想定しています。
現状、以下の方法を検討しておりますが、ベストプラクティスとしてアドバイスいただけると助かります。
 
・共有設定（オンラインに保存して共有）
・校閲＞ブックの共有（Excelは共有ファイルサーバー上に配置）
