Limit Form Responses of Employees in MS Forms and Send Email if More Than

Hello, Good day! I'm a new user in Power Automate and I need to create a flow to limit the response that a person can fill out the MS Form and once the limit has been reached the person cannot fill out the MS Form and Power Automate will send an email to inform the person that they need to contact the person who created the MS Form. How to do this as a flow? Thank you to those who can help.

Hi and welcome to Power Automate,

The MS Forms have a few limitations when integrating withPower Automate.

When configuring your MS Form, it is possible to limit the submissions to only one per user. This is a setting from MS Forms itself, and not actually from Power Automate. For your use case, however, it looks like you are expecting a few more submissions for each employee. In that case, as far as I know, you would need to use a tool different from a MS Form to collect the responses, like a Power App.

Alternatively, if you have any processes being triggered after this Form submissions, you can receive the employee's forms for a limited qty of times (let's say 3), and when they submit the form a 4th time, you simply put a condition in your flow to not process further this submission and notify them via email. It won't prevent the users to keep filling in the form as many times as they want, but at least your flow won't process further these overlimit submissions.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!

@rzaneti, thank you for your inputs.

This is the flow I have in place. How do I incorporate sending an email when the first condition is not met or that the value is greater than 3.

This is the conditions I have:

    1st (less than or equal to 3) - float(outputs('Get_a_row')?['body/Retakes'])
    2nd (greater than or equal to 12) - float(outputs('Get_a_row')?['body/Retake'])

Thank you very much and hopefully you could help.
