Change the email-template for Approvals?

Hi!

I´ve built an approval scheme with flow that works great and updating the sharepoint-list with the information we need.

The only thing I have an issue with is the "requester" in email-template:
"Waiting for approval

Requested By Martin Front

martin.front@xxxxxxxxx"

This is me, which has built the approval flow but in the reality it´s not me that is the requester for this specific item. I want this part to be the creater of the sharepoint list item as it is in the mail-body(marked with yellow- Sharepoint Test) which you have the possibility to change:

Is it possible to change the requestor not to be the creator of the flow or change the email-template?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the "Requested By" name - I know that this has been suggested in Flow ideas.

The only suggestion that I have is to have an additional Office 365 account that is specifically used for this purpose. That way, the Requestor can be some generc name like "Approval System" rather than your name.

But then it would require a license for that user?
I would like Microsoft to see flow as an organizational function instead of an individual but that May be in the horizon?

You are correct - and additional license would be required.

Many people agree that this particular Flow feature should be enhanced. That's why you want to vote for the suggestion in Flow ideas.

when we create flows using template we get emails triggered from microsoft.com that flow is created cant we edit that emails from microsoft.com, since my client wants only emails from approval requestor.
