Multiple Approval flow using case

My flow needs to be sent off to 2 people to authorise and there are 3 options when the email comes through Approve, Reject, Make Amends. I then use case to tell the flow what to do to each response. The results I am getting are not consistent. If both Approve it goes to the case for Accept, Reject instead of Accept, Accept. Am I missing something in my flow to make this work?

    Hi @PennyP ,

Could you please share the output of the Outcome value from the "Start and wait for an approval" action?

Or could you please save the Outcome dynamic content inside a Compose, run the flow and share the output of the Compose?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works on my side, the screenshot of flow as below:

The flow run successfully as below:

    Best Regards,

    Hi Alice

Many thanks for your response. I think I have figured out the problem though not sure how best to correct it. I have a case set to Reject, Suggest Amends but the first person to respond actually picks Suggest Amends and the second Reject. The output is then Suggest Amends, Reject and my Case is Reject, Suggest Amends. Do I have to build a case for each scenario depending on which one answers first?

    Hi @PennyP ,

Yes, you need. Or the flow wouldn't work since it is the different string.

    Best regards,

    Alice
