Hi All,

I have created a flow with the help of @Gristy and it is always sowing me the sender is microsoft@powerapps.com

Is there a way to have the sender's email rather powerapps email?

Hi @OsmandFernando, unfortunately not. Many flow users and companies use a separate dedicated account for sending their flow emails to get over this problem. With a Send an email (v2) the sender will always be shown as the creator of the flow with their email address. For the Send an email notification (v3) the sender is shown as Microsoft PowerApps and Flow with the address you gave. In my company I have just had a shared mailbox created with a specific "powerplatform@..." address and I'll be using that for flow emails from now on rather than my own personal account.

    Hi @OsmandFernando ,

It is configured in Microsoft flow for reading the email send from address, the similar as the "send email from" (Send as) function.

The Send an email (V2) action is avalible and you could make a test on it.

    Hi @OsmandFernando ,

You could take a try to create the flow to see if it could achieve it.
