Can you share with us what you did for Searches and which parts were confusing?
There are samples, but let me give you a high level
Since you didn't say when/how/often etc that you want to do this, I will just give an example
1. Read the Jira Documentation to make sure you can even do what you want, as you didn't give detailed enough details for us to say.
After you do that and hopefully it gives you want you want
2. Make sure you have an Excel file that is accessible from the Cloud, and already has a Table defined in it, where you want the data.
3. Create a Manual Flow (for a test)
4. Use the Jira Connector to pull data from Jira
5. Use an Apply to Each Action to loop through the Data you got from Jira
5c. Use a Get Item from Excel and create an OData Expression so that you only pull back the row you want
5a. Inside the Apply to each add the Update a Row in the Table (Excel Action)
Over all that's it unless you want to add logging or error handling
