Just wanted to know if anyone has a link to the versions of SQL that are compatible with the PowerApps platform.?

I cannot find and documentation about this, the only link I could find about connect to SQL Server from PowerApps:https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/connection-azure-sqldatabase/

I think your SQL question for on-site versions is answered by looking at the On-premise data gateway. If you are looking to connect to local SQL you will need to install that so those requirements must be met first.

Otherwise it's all Azure.
