Approval - Apply to Each Broken

Hi All,

I'm having problems with a multi approval workflow that I created.

It worked up until last week and as I was ready to hand it over it stopped working(nothing had been chnaged).

I've attached the erroneous flow and how the flow is built. I receive the first approval and whether I approve or reject it still fails

I've noticed something that may point to a problem, in the 'Apply_to_Each 4" i'm unable to add the response as a previous action( i know i have previoulsy becasue you can see 'ive done it) It only allows me to pick from "Get User Profile V2" which is being used further back in the flow

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. 1.PNG2.PNG

    Hi @shaddowxxx,

Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please share more details about your requirement?

What if the Approval type that you have choosed?

The error message told that the expression in of String type and the Apply to each would require an Array type.

If you have choose the Approval type of "Everyone from the assigned list", and you want to get each of the Response, you should choose the "Responses" dynamic content of "Start an approval" action instead of "Response" dynamic content in the Apply to each as screenshot below:

    Best regards,

    Thanks Alice,

It seems to have worked, what I didnt realise or understand was the difference between the "Anyone from a list" & "Everyone from a list" or the finite difference between the dynamic content "Response" & "Responses"

    Thanks for your help
