DocuSign Connector: The remote name could not be resolved

Dear all,

for about three days now, all of our DocuSign connectors tenant wide are unable to initialise. The error shows states:

"Test connection failed. Details: The remote name could not be resolved: r2olgub******uzeslik2-fa-041.azurewebsites.net"

I added a screenshot at the end of the message as well. The weird thing is that I can use the connector with the same credentials just fine on another tenant. Another environment on the affected tenant does not work, only completely different tenant. I checked the DLP policies and the connector is in the correct group. We also haven't changed anything recently to the environments that could explain this. All non-DocuSign Connector seem to work without issues.

Any ideas? We're getting a little desperate here...

Thank you!!!

    Hi @Kikoger ,

I suggest contacting your IT department who should be able to work with the relevant vendors to troubleshoot the issue.

It may end up being something trivial like a firewall rule or proxy setting.
