Hi,
We have a Power App in our company that is used for employee's to submit their expenses. It was working fine at the beginning and still works fine for majority of users but there is some users that are experiencing the app being very slow (particularly on android devices) and there are also users who's expenses won't submit. They have correctly assigned managers on the backend data source (SharePoint list) so their expenses should be received on another SharePoint list, but the expenses are either showing up on the backend with a 'blank approval status' (meaning the expense has been created and not yet submitted) or the expenses just aren't showing up at all even though the when the user submitted they received the submitted successfully banner on the app but however didn't receive the confirmation email.
This has happened for a number of users, most of whom their expenses have never been submitted but it has occurred to a user who had been using the app for months without issue and having their expenses submitted successfully to now having them just appear with the blank approval status after submitting. The app uses Office365Users.MyProfileV2 to connect to the users account and then it patches the items when submitted to the SharePoint list. Is there any reason why the app is working for majority of users but not for a select few? Would it be related to connecting to the users account as one user had the below error message and didn't receive his confirmation email:

Thanks
