I have a Power App named "SGCDashboard". For this app, there are two SharePoint List data sources named "Safety Good Catch Items" and "EmployeeShort". At this time, I have shared the App with some specific Users. It was identified on the Share screen that I must also provide permissions to Safety Good Catch Items and EmployeeShort. For Safety Good Catch Items, users will need Contribute permissions. For EmployeeShort, user will only need Read.
Assuming I am sharing the SGCDashboard app with 250 users, I will then also need to share the Safety Good Catch Items and EmployeeShort lists with the same 250 users? Is that accurate?
