Hi,

I have this flow, if an email arrives in my sharedmail box, this flow will send the same email message to another email but i've seen that if the message has 2 or 3 attachments, it sends the same email those times

What i need is that if the email has 2 or 3 attachments, just send an email with those 3 attachments not 3 diffent emails

    @EnriqueCR

    Your send email notification action is in a loop that runs once for each attachment - therefore an email is sent for each attachment.

    You need to create an array that contains the attachments and then send a single email and add the array as an attachment.

    Here is a blog post by @Pstork1  that explain how to accomplish your goal.  While the example in the post uses attachments from Forms, the same concept applies.  Let me know if you need additional help.

    @EnriqueCR

    When creating this example, I realized that you cannot attach an array of files to the Send an email notification action.  You have to use an Outlook send an email action.  If you don't want it to come from you, use a shared mailbox and a Send an email from a shared mailbox action.

    Also, I used an expression in my loop - the expressionimage.pngimage.png in in the notes of the Append to array variable action.

    @ScottShearer thank you for this solution!

    One thing to note, how can we get it to exclude Inline attachments? For example images in an email signature.

    I know it's possible to filter these out if you know what the image names are however that doesnt help when receiving emails from ad-hoc external businesses.

    Thanks.
