I have a flow setup to provide approval based on an email attachment that is copied to OneDrive
Once approved or rejected, it does not end and keeps looping for approval. How do I fix this?

i resolved it by excluding the subject from one of the email actions since the subject filter was referencing the subject

it seems like it keeps looping the flow and keeps running new instances of it
Has attachments" set to "Yes" already...

Can you take a look at the when a new email arrives action and verify that you have "Has attachments" set to "Yes"?
If it is set to "No", set it to "Yes" and test again.
