Hi!
I need to query SAP HANA and show the results of the reports to the organization. My first thought was using Power BI, but there are no licenses available. So, I think my option will be using Power Query to Excel, publishing it in SharePoint, and using Power Automate to keep the information updated.
The problem is that I have never used Power Automate before, so my questions are:
Any tips and recommendations will be appreciated."
@Anonymous ,
Power Automate allows you Query APIs using available actions and connectors. You can create a custom connector is it is not available.
You can create basic HTML table based on the data returned. You will not have the tools to build complex reports like Power BI provides.
For reporting, it would be cheaper to procure a Power BI license than to try to build a "basic report" in Power Automate.
