SMS Connector for Local Telecommunication Company

I have Power Automate flow which sends an email when approval is complete. I want it to also send an SMS to customer's mobile phone. It works fine when I use Twilio SMS connector. I would like to use a local company from my country. One of the local telecom company asked me if Power Automate supports SMPP protocol. I have no idea. Is there a simpler way to connect Power automate flow to a local mobile network company?

Thanks

Perhaps the question to ask the local company is if they provide an API service so that you can use Power Automate to send SMS messages through their gateway.

I've have used a local service similar to Twilio to send SMS messages. Although they don't have a Power Automate connector, they do provide an API which can be used to send messages:

Unfortunately, the HTTP action is a Premium connector and you may need to "upgrade" your power automate license to use it.

Thanks for the response. Some local companies have SMS APIs but they want me to code the integration part of which I have no idea. Since HTTP action is on premium account, there is no other alternative to integrate SMS API via standard account?

There are several ways to connect Power Automate flow to a local mobile network company, depending on the capabilities and services offered by the company. Here are some options you can explore:

    1. Check if the local mobile network company provides an API or a webhook that can be integrated with Power Automate. If so, you can use the HTTP connector in Power Automate to send a request to the API or webhook and trigger an SMS message to be sent to the customer's mobile phone.

    2. Some local mobile network companies provide an email-to-SMS gateway service, which allows you to send an email to a specific email address that is associated with the customer's mobile phone number, and the email is then converted into an SMS message and delivered to the customer's phone. In this case, you can modify your existing Power Automate flow to send an email to the email-to-SMS gateway instead of using the Twilio SMS connector.

    3. If the local mobile network company supports SMPP protocol and provides an SMPP server or gateway, you can use the SMPP connector in Power Automate to connect to the SMPP server or gateway and send SMS messages to the customer's mobile phone.

It's important to note that not all local mobile network companies may offer these options, and some may require additional configuration or setup steps. You may need to contact the mobile network company's technical support or developer resources to get more information on how to integrate with their services.

I can't find the connector you refer to in point 3, do you have a link with dokumentation for it?
