I want to use "list the members for a tag" to create Excel File.

Hello -

 

I want to make a flow that creates list of members on the excel file by each tag on Microsoft Teams.

 

Can someone kindly help me to create it?

If I can make all list of members by each tag by one flow, that would be Fantastic but All I want is to create each excel file by each tag.

    Hi @HSP___ ,

    Do you want to put the personnel information in each tag into the same Ecxel file?

    You can first create an initial excel file and then create tables in this file, and finally create other excel files based on the tables in this file.

    In my scenario, I want the ID and name of the person in the tag, so there are only ID and Name columns in my orginfile.

    The following is my test hope to help you.

    Thank you for helping me to creat the flow.

     

    If I want to make a flow that can make Excel file for a tag that I assigned.

     For example,

     

    I want to have a list of people that assigned the tag (name : Hello).

    I want to have list in Excel File.

    In fact, except for orginfile.xlsx in this screenshot, the other file names are all tag names in teams. Each file also contains the information of all the people in this tag.
