I have a flow it will contains approval flow, so here i will not want to use other actions, if 2nd item comes it should also send approval request, if i use it will be wait till that approval outcome it will not trigger for 2nd approval.
Here i will create another flow to get response of previous approval.
I want to know is it possible to get response of approval outcome any trigger or any action need to be use?
