Hi All
I am working on a project with power app meeting room displays.
I need 5 tablets outside 5 meeting rooms that display the same power app (meeting room booking + availability)
is it possible to achieve this with 1 service account, to display the app on all 5 tablets, without breaking the rules?
Or do i need a seperate account + license for each tablet?
I am planning to use the Office 365 F3 License (€3,40/month).

Power apps are licensed per user. You could have all 5 tablets signed in as the same service account but each end user of the devices e.g. the person viewing the room display would also need a license. So as long as everyone at the office has an Office 365 license that give access to Power Apps you should be fine.
