Not able to create account using web api in power pages

Hi all,

From last 2 months, we had facing some issue to create account when user success fully register from power pages and user insert some value in the custom field, then we had push data in the CRM using webapi. please find below configuration for the same :

Site Setting : 

1) Name : Webapi/account/enabled
     Value : True
2) Name : Webapi/account/fields
    Value : *
Table Permission :

1) Account :

what is the exact issue for the same?

 

Also attaching the snapshot for table permission related issue from micorosoft.

    But before 3 months, it is working fine somehow microsoft apply some modifications then i was stoped working.

    @Akshay_Shah You are assigning web role to the contact using workflow it means is this is real time assignment contact <-> Web Role? 

    Then, might be chances WebAPI call executing before web role assignment.

    Hi abhibihani,

    when i post the data then it is throw you don't have permission to create record but i already assign web role to that contact using workflow.
