Send an automatic email to public form respondent with an attached pdf file

hey all, I have a public application form for a service. I want to send an automated email to each respondent that applies to this service. The problem is I want to attach a pdf file consisting the terms and condition of the service I'm providing. and the location of this file is in a organization one drive or share point. So I think thats why there is an error when commanding the get file action as it is not visible in the email. Is there a way I can still attach this pdf for each respondent?

so the flow I need would be :

respondent fills in Ms. Form to apply to my services -> I send out an automated email filled with a pdf attachment of the service T&C

please help, thanks

So the person wanting the service fills out a Microsoft form or one on a website.

Where does the data from the form get stored

Once I know the above I will be able to help further hopefully, however have you built any flow yet?

Just seen it MS form so ignore the above. Have you start off with a template for the form like the below:

Then you would need to pick up the terms and conditions from the one drive or SharePoint and attach it to every email.
