On-demand workflows missing for other language

Hi,

 

The on-demand workflows are not visible in the Model Driven App's Flow button for other language.

This is the English version. On-demand workflows are visible.

In Italian language, it only shows this.

Is there a configuration we are missing for this? The classic view "Run workflows" are able to see the on-demand workflows even in Italian language.
