Hello,
I'm looking to set up automatic replies for one of shared mailbox outside of business hours. I've found a few solutions but none seem to line up with exactly what I'm trying to accomplish.
Is there a simple trigger that just turns on automatic replies for a shared mailbox? The reply is already set on the shared mailbox. If there's a way to do it, I just want to trigger to turn on at 5pm EST and turn off at 7am EST while staying on all day Saturday and Sunday.
If not, if anyone has any suggestions on a flow that would work for me, I'd appreciate it! I'm extremely new to Power Automate so knowledge resources would be great as well.
I uploaded a video tutorial a while ago on a solution that might work for you. It doesn't use the OOO, rather uses a flow to reply between certain times.
