Hi ,

I have a sharepoint list and I have customized the form using powerapps.  The list and custom form are actively being used.

Now I need to make some changes to the form.  I need to publish the changes in order to test, but if I do so, everyonew will see the changes.

How can I test changes to a sharepoint form and let other users keep using the old form?

There is also Version History available for the custom forms in SharePoint list.

You should be able to restore the old version.

But for the SharePoint form, if you need to publish to SharePoint for testing, then the newly created form would be seen by the other users, currently there is no proper way that I am aware of to prevent that.

You may consider submit this as an idea, to suggest the Custom form add a Publish for testing with the current account option.

Hi, I submitted it aas a requesty.

In the meantime I found a workaround. Create a duplicate copy of the form , and tthen in the onEdit method of the SharePointConnection object test of the user is 'me'. If so open the newer form, else open the older form.
