Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Power automate desktop fails to work on a certain program's window. It can't send the key and it can't click. It seems that the window is not activated even after clicking on the window to activate it (the window of PAD goes background by this). When I tried to add UI element, the red frame doesn't appear only in that window (it appeares in other elements). I restarted PAD as Administrator but nothing has been changed. I can achieve what I want to do by manual operation of typing and clicking but PAD cannot mimic it because the programs'window cannot be activated. What is the reason and solution for this ?
