Is "When an HTTP request is received Trigger" premium connector?

Is "When an HTTP request is received Trigger" premium connector?
 
As shown in image ① below, when selecting the trigger on the flow editing screen, there is no "Premium" indication.

However, as shown in image ②, after saving it, when viewing the flow from the "My Flows" screen, a diamond icon is displayed.

    Yes it is premium, when checking the connector using old power automate flow designer, premium keyword is displayed next to it
     
     
    May be in new designer - it seems to be not showing that.
