Hi
I have a situation when I used 'Launch outlook' it opens but it only opens in this as shown below. How do I make the window to be maximised so that I can edit items in the outlook?
@JackyGrealish Use 'set window state' action
Hi @Ankesh_49
I have tried to use this to focus on the window and also have tried to use what you have said above. For some reason Outlook Instance is not detected as a window instance and hence I am not able to open. Is there something to go about this? Thanks 🙂
Have you tried using title/class?
@JackyGrealish
Hope it helps!!
Cheers,
Ankesh

Hi @Ankesh_49 , @ryule . Sorry for this late reply as I only managed to try this today. When tried this method, my outlook opens but only opens in minimized mode, despite me setting it to maximised. Any ideas?
Try to kill outlook first in pad and then launch it.
Hi @Ankesh_49 , I forgot to mention after I tried running as told in your reply on set window, microsoft social outlook pops up instead, any ideas?
What is Microsoft social outlook? Could you please share your PAD script?
this is my flow
@JackyGrealish Could you please make sure your Outlook account and the login used to Power Automate Desktop should be same.
Also, try using a delay after launch outlook action.
