Trigger Condition when a file is modified

Dear Experts,

How can I configure a trigger condition where if the file is modified by a certain person (i.e. SAP WebAS, in my case)?

E.g. I want the flow to run if the last modified is SAP WebAS.

On the other hand, I don't expect the flow to run if the file is modified by someone else.

Should I use condition control (Get File Metadata, etc.) or trigger condition?

    Hello @JAWL ,

you should use a trigger condition whenever it's possible - you don't want to start the flow at all if the condition doesn't pass. The easiest way to create a trigger condition is via the Filter array action, 'Modified By Email is not equal to ....'

    Hi @tom_riha

Thanks for your response. Btw, I just dropped a file into the OneDrive folder, all of a sudden the flow was triggered for 5 times! Do you know what is the good reason for flow not to trigger only one time as expected?

My sole action is only export a report from SAP to the OneDrive folder.

    UPDATE:

When I tried again now, the flow only fires one time as expected. Should I report it as a bug?

    Hello @JAWL ,

wasn't the flow turned off? That's the only reason I can imagine, if you turn off a flow and then turn it on again, it'll trigger in retrospect for all the items/files that were added/updated while it was turned off. Other than that I don't have an explanation.
