D365FO Approval workflow

Dear community,

I have the following issue:

Use case: I want to use "Complete Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations workflow work items (PU29) - 2" template for approval workflow of invoice journal in D365.

Current situation in D365FO: The company uses a standard Vendor invoice journal workflow. There are a couple of conditions which route invoices based on invoice amounts let us say. There is always one vendor invoice per journal. That works fine.

New scenario with Power automate: I would like to use PowerAutomate as the main workflow. In order to be able to submit the invoice for approval in D365FO, I need to have the D365 workflow set up, so I am able to see the "Workflow" buttoon in the journal header. That I can understand.

Questions:

A) Do I need to maintain two workflows - one in D365FO and one in PowerAutomate?

B) I am not able to add any conditions in power automate template regarding invoice amounts/cost center etc.

C) There is a row "Assigned users" in the flow template, however I do not want to have any users "strictly" for all condition which may occur. In one case, I want to route the invoice to the manager, in other case to the chief accountant...etc.

Am I using Power automate incorrectly? It seems I want to use it in a way that it is not meant for.

Thank you, Lukas
