Hello all,

I am building a powerapp where the user can select multiple check box options to apply to a template, and have those options repeat for every template available in the dataset. To do this, I implemented a parent gallery to host the templates, and a child gallery to host the repeating checkbox options. This worked, however I am running into an issue where I cannot make a selection on any checkboxes.

It seems as though the parent (outer) gallery is reacting to the click, and not the inner checkboxes. I believe this because the parent gallery border lights up blue when clicked inside.

To attempt to fix this, I have reordered the checkbox to be on top, and have also set the onSelect option for the parent gallery and the rectangle object to be "Blank()".

Any suggestions on how to make the inner checkboxes accessible by click?

Hi KC_97

You have nested galleries inside nested containers, which may have overwhelmed the UI. As a debugging exercise, try one level of containers and see if that is the issue.

I found the solution to my problem. My "Types Gallery" was ordered below the "Rectangle5" object in the parent gallery and the Rectangle was receiving every click instead of the checkbox below it.

Re-ordering the child gallery to be at the top of the list inside the "Templates Gallery" allowed for the checkboxes to be selected.
