incrementing ID number

Hi, i need help on incrementing id number.

this is the current code increment the id number in a form which will be sending to email containing the id number and microsoft list, but when there are multiple user submitting the form at a same time, they will receive the same id.  how to avoid this case?

 

Max(ReportDetailsTable, ID) + 1

    Hey @sbrenazmzri 

     

    Are you sending an email from Power Apps only?

     

    I will suggest you to use Power Automate.

    In the trigger you can take when an item is created.

     

    Then you can use send an email action. This will automatically take whatever ID comes from sharepoint, so you dont have to make a custom formula for ID.
