Looking to nest invoice request into one flow

Hello,

I have created some flows which send emails including attachments to relevant users when they come through so they can confirm invoices.

I was looking into nesting these into one Flow using a Excel work book. what i was trying to achieve is: If From address matches a address in the excel table Row 1 look up up row 2 on that Coolum.

Is this something that is possible or am i thinking about this in the wrong way.

Any assistance is appreciated.

@Partridge  yea putting data in SharePoint list is better than excel unless you need some excel specific features which i dont think you need in this case.

    Hello,

this is what I was going go for but I decided to go for a share point list instead. I have a working solution now but I’m unsure if it’s best practice.

@Partridge  do you have a flow which runs on when email arrives trigger, and in that flow you want to check if from address matches the value of specific row and column of excel file?
