Tips on how to create an Automated Cloud Flow

The latest version of Power Automate appears to have dropped the tag 'Automated Cloud Flow' which I've employed previously in the older version. wher ein the new version do I find the ability to create the same flow format?

    In which part of the interface are you trying to create this flow?
     
    It should still be available under my flows > new flow button > Automated flow.
     
    Below is a screenshot of my development environment.
