OneNote - Create Pages in a Section - Error 400 - Error; the requested notebook couldn't be retrieved. It may have been removed

Good <time-of-day> everyone,

I'm attempting to create OneNote pages based on the content of a spreadsheet.  I was able to get this working in my private OneNote, but the goal is to put these pages in the team notebook.  When I choose any other notebook, the down-caret gives me a list of sections and I'm able to create the pages there.  When I select this notebook, I get the error 'Could not retrieve values.  The dynamic invocation request failed with error: {"error": { "code": 400, "message": "Error; the requested notebook couldn't be retrieved. It may have been removed.", "source": "ms-managed-na.azure-apim.net", "path": "choose[4]\\when[1]\\choose[2]\\when[1]", "clientRequestId": "3e1722d5-002a-4dfe-a7b0-4558-d8e5d94a"" } }.' as shown in this screenshot.

I assure you, this OneNote notebook exists and that I have permissions to edit it.  I could find nothing for an error code of 400 (or any error code less than 1000).

I'm aware that I can use the Enter Custom Value to specify the section, however, I'm not sure how to obtain the URI.

Any help on this is appreciated.  For the time, I'll be making these pages in another notebook and copying them.  I'm hoping for an automated solution.  Thank you.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Regarding to that team notebook:

    What does the Team notebook mean? Is it a Class Notebook? or it was just shared with you?

    Can it be found in your OneDrive for business? Does the section you selected exist in that notebook?

    What is the your Direct Access permission of that notebook?

    First I would suggest you to use the following steps to see if the section key can be found.

    Except that, from Known Issue and limitations we can know, if you want to provide a custom value for the Notebook Section parameter, please specify it in the API URL format. The api url pattern: https://www.onenote.com/api/v1.0/myOrganization/siteCollections/{siteCollectionsId}/sites/{SiteId}/notes/sections/{SectionId}/pages For more information, you can take a look at OneNote API documentation.

    You can also find a sample in the code view of 'Create a page in a section' action as follows.

    Hope this helps.

    The notebook is not on my OneDrive -- it is on our SharePoint.

    I cannot even get a list of sections.  Here's what I'm seeing:

    so, it says I'm connecting.  Except ...

    aj-voraman_9-1606748827491.png

    the text of the error (in the OUTPUT box) is this:

    {
      "error": {
        "code"400,
        "message""Error; the requested notebook couldn't be retrieved. It may have been removed.",
        "source""flow-apim-msmanaged-na-northcentralus-01.azure-apim.net",
        "path""choose[4]\\when[1]\\choose[2]\\when[1]",
        "clientRequestId""42776123-6c54-4b10-abf4-ba258ceba011"
      }
    }

    The HEADER box has this:

    {
      "Access-Control-Allow-Methods""GET, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, POST",
      "Access-Control-Allow-Origin""*",
      "Access-Control-Max-Age""3600",
      "Access-Control-Expose-Headers""*",
      "Date""Mon, 30 Nov 2020 15:05:51 GMT",
      "Content-Length""331",
      "Content-Type""application/json"
    }

    and the STATUS CODE is 400.

    Now, to be clear, this isn't on /my/ SharePoint ... it's on a federated SharePoint.  Is that the issue?  If so, what permissions should the federation admin grant my account?
