Error in aflow that works correctly with another users

Hi, 

 

I've found this error in one of my flows:

 

The request failed. Error code: 'GraphUserDetailByEmailMultipleFound'. Error Message: 'Found multiple matching users ('4733a8fb-db2d-4af3-a767-218e42b30bec, ef4d2255-5f99-4ba4-8c8d-605cffc8e888') for 'ana.lavara@plusultra.es'.'.

 

The flow works correctly with a multiple another users. What's happend? I don't understand this error

    Hi @Sergio_Carol ,

     

    Do you have 2 users with the same email addresses? Please check this similar thread:

    trouble_with_approval_workflow

    If so, the error will display, Flow could not create the request because it doesn't know which user to send the request to because there are two user ids.

    Here is a similar thread that mentions a feasible workaround, please check it and see if it helps:

    GraphUserDetailByEmailMultipleFound-Error-Message-Found-multiple
