Bonjour,

J'ai créé des formulaires.

Je souhaiterai faire un publipostage WORD à chaque nouvelle réponse à ces formulaires, publipostage sur la base d'un modèle word et envoyer ensuite le fichier résultat de ce publipostage à une liste d'agents.

Je bloque sur l'automatisation de cette phase de publipostage.

What does stuck mean?

Please share what you have. There are many examples of how to do what you are asking.

1. When a response is submitted

2. Get response details

3. Create a copy of the word template (which you should have stored somewhere)

--use Get File Content

--use Create file naming it whatever

use the SharePoint or OneDrive actions

4. Fill in the template with the answers

5. Now use get file content to get the file content from the new document you created and populated.

6. Use Send Email V2 or Send Email (depending on if its Corp exchange etc)

--In the advanced section, set the file name

-- in the advanced section, use the content from step 5 as the Attachment

And done
