office365users in block list error.pngMy Flow keeps intermittently failing with the following error: "Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365users is in the block list."

It does this for some users but not all of the time. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Connection Error: Office365user is in the block list
We are having these issues - in fact habitual issues with a number of different types of connections: SharePoint, Outlook, AD. It essentially makes the flows unusable. While having a user refresh their connections can work, it is not practical. Further we even found that sometimes the connections don't show as broken. Sometimes the user will be prompted to refresh before they run the flow, but not always.

Is there a way to force the connections to refresh automatically?

I would open a ticket with Microsoft on this, but that always takes forever, requires us to provide new examples of the issue, and answer the same question multiple times.

It is frustrating as the product is useful for us.

Please verify the connections for all users experiencing this issue. As I recall, my issue was resolved when the connections for these three users were fixed. Additionally, we encountered a problem when our IT support company enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Office 365 users.
The user who creates and shares the workflow should not have 2FA enabled. Since I created the workflow and shared it with my colleagues, everyone faced problems with the workflow connections when 2FA was activated for me.

Any ideas or solutions?  I refreshed my connection, but it sounds like it is intermittent.

Hi there, is anyone have solution to this error.

I have flow that work for 4 people in my company and not work for other 3. For these 3 people the error is the same:

Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: aadcertificate. Correlation Id=7b0860d2*****.....

I check several times all involved connectors, try SignOut from everywhere for these 3 people and myself but nothing helped.

    Can anybody help?

I have the same problem, did somebody find an explanation and how to avoid it? In my case I get the error when I try to send an email using the Outlook connector.

    Regards

Re: Connection Error: Office365user is in the block list

I have the same problem with the 'Get Profile' action within O365 Users. The user is on the 'block list', but the user has a complete office account. Full text: "Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled | Error, and office365users is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthenticated, Message: 'This connection is not authenticated.']"

I noticed Status code 401 & "x-ms-failure-cause = apihub-token-exchange" within the Get O365 Profile error details. See my flow configuration below. The UPN is a text string from the 'Get Item' action with a complete email address ('first.last@company.com')

My flow worked and still works 98% of the time. Please direct me to anything that may help.

    Hi Alice,

Thank you for trying to help. Attached is a screenshot of the flow configuration.

Is there a preferred version of the "Get Manager" action to us? I know that there are two.

    Best,
