Flow stopping due to ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied

I have composed a power automate flow that is designed to do one of two things - update another table with assessment information OR send an email if the assessment information requires further review and then update the other table with the assessment criteria. Although the flow appears to run successfully it 'hangs up' quite early in the flow with the reason given as 'ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied'. Screenshots of flow below:

This is the error I get - which had a knock on effect to the rest of the flow:

Would appreciate any advice. I wondered if the issue was the Version Number - versioning uses 1.0, 2.0, etc, but I tried changing to 1.0 and made no difference.

It just means that your condition didn't meet the criteria to go down the no side. Based on your screen shot, the condition returned true, which means it should have flowed to the yes side of the condition. Did it not flow down the yes side or is there an error in the yes side you are not showing? Here is an example from one of my flow runs, which does the same thing on the no side when the action doesn't run because the condition was not met:

Also, it is up to you, but for data privacy you may want to blackout the URL in your screen shots.
