What trigger are you using for the flow? I assume its an automated trigger. If it is then the flow is running in the security context of the maker (you) and therefore the approval is requested by you. There is a field under the advanced options of the Approval action where you can Input the email address of the requestor. That should change who is listed as the requestor.
