End User License required for Powerapps (and Flow)

Hi,

 

I have created an App with Standard connectors(SQl Server,SharePoint, Office 365 Users) with "PowerApps for Office 365" plan. This app also has some Flows that I created using the same plan.

 

If I need everyone in my organization to use this App, what plan they need to be added in? All the users in my organization are currently a part of Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan. 

 

Right now, if I share the App and have others to open the app it says to start the trial version to open the app.

 

Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Hi @DileepGolla,

     

    Do you mean that the members within your Org could not run this shared app using the "PowerApps for Office 365 Plan"?

     

    If the other users within your Organization want to run an shared app created using "PowerApps for Office 365" Plan (on your side, it is Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan), I think the Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan they already have is sufficient.

     

    Please check the following article for more details,:

    Please check if the accounts they provided to run this shared app has proper licenses (Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan at least).

     

    Also please check if their Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan has been expired.

    Hi Kris,

     

    Thank you for taking out your time to respond to my question.

     

    It seems the users will be able to access the App using Office 365 E3 plan. We need to enable "PowerApps" for individual user so that they can use the Apps that I have created using "PowerApps for Office365" plan.
