Trying to call Power Automate desktop however unable to add machine in cloud- gets stuck on install new version ; updated version is installed already still no luck...any suggestions..!!
Do you know which version of Windows you are using? I had a similar issue and found that it was because being able to call Power Automate Desktop from Cloud Flows is something that can only be done with Windows 10/11 Pro or Enterprise I think
So I am using windows 11 ; however i was able to fix this through power automate cloud add a machine and made sure both the desktop and cloud automate are logged in with same id
Same issue here, both are logged in with same ID.
