Jira connector - Unable to authenticate

I am trying to use the Jira connector for creating new issues in Jira.  However, Flow is not authenticating my Jira connection.  Our Jira instance can be accessed from only inside our firewall.  Could this be the reason?  Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have gateway installed for on-premise access for Jira?

     

    See this reference: 

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-reference

     

    Look at the section configure a firewall or  proxy.
