Scheduling recurring email with filter array of excel spreadsheet

Hi

I am attempting to do a flow that will send an email to one specific email address every month- the email needs to contain a filtered excel spreadsheet so that it only includes rows entered in the last month.

So far I have this:

Email Filtered Excel FlowEmail Filtered Excel Flow

We have tried to "create file" in between "Filter array" and "Send an email"- but we couldn't get all the columns of data to be brought over (and to be honest, we don't actually need the data to be saved as a file- it only needs to be temporary).

Doing it this way, I can't seem to figure out what to put into Attachment Content.

Or am I completely off-track altogether?

Thanks

Pam

Maybe you can put the rows in email body field? Will this work?

The email is going to a Government department and they specifically want it in an attached spreadsheet so that they can save it in their appropriate system. So I don't think they will accept the data as part of the email body.

OK- so I checked an they will accept the data in that format. I managed to get the data to come across into an email- however realised the table in my excel was too small and therefore the filter wasnt capturing all the data.

So I fixed the table and now I get this error message with my filter array:

InvalidTemplate. The execution of template action 'Filter_array' failed: The evaluation of 'query' action 'where' expression '@greaterOrEquals(item()?['DateCreated'], addDays(utcNow(), -28, 'yyyy-MM-dd'))' failed: 'The template language function 'greaterOrEquals' expects two parameter of matching types. The function was invoked with values of type 'Null' and 'String' that do not match.'.

The expression was so that I could filter for data entered in the last 28 days- and when my table was only 5 lines, the expression worked. However now that I have extended the table to 200 lines, it doesnt work.

Can anyone help me fix my expression?
