Hello!
I'm trying to get a form together in a Model-Driven App using 2 Dataverse tables related to one another through a one to many relationship ( one is attribute(one) and the other is transactions(many) ).
Is this possible to do with one form? ex. I have attributes with transactions summed up in one form.I thought this was the whole purpose of Model-Driven Apps. Any help would be great!

@wsbcso - you can leverage a Quick Create form and Subgrids.

I just tried these options and can't even see any data.
Looks like my tables aren't even related, even though I have a relationship between the 2.
I've deleted and recreated the tables to ensure that they are created correctly, to no avail. Is there a specific way I need to create tables and relationships? My related columns look like this:
