I have a client that is wanting to use Power Automate to send a Teams message and email every 24 hours for unread emails in a shared department exchange account. Essential any unread emails in the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable inbox they want to send reminders to the personal work emails and teams of that department.

If Accounts Receivable and Payable are shared mailboxes, there is no Power Automate action that will work for you. You may/may not be able to use an Exchange HTTP call but this will require a premium license.

If they are accounts and not Shared Mailboxes, you can use a Get emails action and configure the action to only retrieve unread messages. You'll also need permission to read that account emails.

They are shared as more than one person will be viewing, both AR and Ap will probably get E1 licensing.
