I have a simple Approval flow set up and working. I am using the "Start and wait for an approval" action, there are two approvers and it is set to "Everyone must approve". Once approved or rejected, an email is sent to the submitter with the outcome, and the SharePoint list item is also updated with the Outcome.
If the approval is rejected by one of the approvers, I would like to pull through the name of the user who rejected this into the automated email. However, I am having issues with Power Automate adding in an apply to each as soon as I add "Response Approver Name" to the email action.
I would literally just like to have the single name of the person who rejected this in the email, and it will only every be one name.
The below is what I have so far (before adding in the approver name).
Look at your condition below:
Remove one of the Approve and rerun the flow.
Hvave alook at the below to get the user who rejects the approval.
