Approval flow rejection

Hi everyone

I have created an approval flow with only one approver. The type of approval is "Start and wait for an approval" (Approve/Reject - First to respond). Once approval is triggered the flow should send an email saying whether the flow has been approved or rejected. I am actually testing it with myself. The issue is that the condition says that the expression result is "false" even if I approve. The "if yes" condition is always skipped.

What can be happening?

It is a manual flow in which I am asking for some input to start the flow.

    Hi @InterestRat

Could you please post a screenshot of your flow condition?

    Thanks

    Hi @InterestRat

    Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you can’t go to yes branch if you run approval flow.

Please pay attention to the value in condition area. Because the only supported result is Approve or Reject.

I tested as you described and it works fine:

If I approved the request, the flow will navigate to yes branch:

Please try to check and test again. If still any issue, please share me your flow details.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks

    Anna

    Hi @InterestRat

    Thank you for update.

Please help to change 'approve' to 'Approve'. The condition is case-sensitive.

    Best regards,

    Anna

    Hi @v-duann-msft

Many thanks for your reply. I made two changes. First, I changed the field "Responses" to "Outcome" and second, I put a capital A in Approve. Now it works!! many thanks
